Our meet and greet service ($10 for all airport) is extended automatically unless otherwise instructed.

We strongly believe that meeting our passengers either by concourse or the baggage claim area is in the best interest of passenger. Whether we can assist with the luggage or simply save you time in connecting with the driver, the meet and greet service or (b/w/s) Baggage With a Sign proves to be helpful and reliable. Waiting time is charged at the rate of eight ($8) for the every ten (10) minutes, or part thereof.

Parking and tolls are additional.

All rates include a curbside pick-up at a designated pickup area. Ely suggests that upon arrival you call to confirm your arrival as well as to be informed of the car number that has been designated for your service.

It is the responsibility of the passenger when the car is not found to call our dispatchers. Often and mostly due to traffic and security conditions at the airport, the driver is require to circle and is unable to present him/her self properly.

Eight dollars ($8) for every ten (10) minutes, or any part thereof, shall be applied.
A twenty percent (20%) gratuity will be added to the rate.

•  STOPS CROSSING STATE LINES:

      FLAT RATE FROM NYC ABD FINAL DESTINATION PLUS THE FLAT RATE FROM NYC AND       THE POINT OF STOP FLAT RATE CHARGED TO THE FURTHEST DESTINATION PLUS ONE       HALF FROM NYC AND THE POINT OF STOP.

Telephone calls will be charged at two dollars ($2) per minute in the USA.
Telephone calls will be charged at five dollars ($5) per minute outside the USA.

Pre-dispatch: Manhattan you may cancel a pick-up up to twenty (20) minutes prior to a scheduled reservation at no charge. Out of Manhattan, you may cancel a pick-up to sixty (60) minutes prior to a scheduled reservation at no charge. Pick-ups, which are in excess to fifty (50) miles from Manhattan, require a minimum cancellation period of ninety (90) minutes. Passengers who fail to cancel rides within the above time allowance will incur a minimum charge as if the ride returns to Manhattan.

• To determine your fare, first determine pick-up and drop-off zones then use the following charts to find your rate.
• All tolls, waiting time and additional stops are extra.
• Additional stops in the same zone in Manhattan are nine dollars ($9)
• All other variable stops will be prices in the office.
• Round trips, full price both way.
• Cars by the hour: fifty dollars ($50) per hour two (2) hour minimum staying solely in Manhattan, three (3) hours minimum staying within five borough of New York City, fifty-five dollars ($55) per hours.
• Package pick-up and delivery add ten dollars ($10) per package plus parking fees if necessary.
• Fare to from Far Rockaway, New Jersey and all other out-of-town destinations require round trip tools, where applicable, pick-ups in Staten Island are subject to the Verrazano bridge toll.
• A twenty percent (20%) gratuity will be added to the rate.

• En-route stops are charged at twenty dollars ($20) per stop.
• Out-of-route stops are charged at thirty dollars ($30) per stop or as per the chart above.
• Round trip rides are charged as Two (2) full fares (tolls are additional).
